Submit a Ticket

If you have question or need help with a product, please submit a ticket! You will be placed in the queue and I will reply as soon as possible. 🙂 Here are some tips for getting your problem solved ASAP:

  • Explain your problem in detail.
  • If the problem only appears after taking certain steps, please describe those steps.
  • If you received an error message, please paste the exact message you received.
  • If it’s an admin area issue, please include login details to your blog in the ticket.
Before submitting a ticket, consider searching through the FAQ and/or the documentation to see if your question is already answered.
