Tweak Me v2 comes with a 3-column widget area in the footer. Each column is its own widget area (Footer #1, Footer #2, and Footer #3).
If you prefer to have only one column, then this can be done by going to Appearance > Theme Settings > Footer and scrolling down to “Footer Widgets”. Set the “Number of Columns” to “1”.
